Lord Of The Rings Online Opens Adkhât-zahhar Dungeon And Unlocks New Anor Content
After a slight delay, the new 6-man Adkhât-zahhar Fate of Gundabad dungeon has officially opened its doors with today’s Lord of the Rings Online update.
“Deep in the Pit of Stonejaws, a grand tomb holds the remains of the many ancient dwarf-lords of Gundabad. The necromancer Loknashra, now empowered with the spirit of Drugoth, has returned to raise an army and claim her vengeance upon all those who wronged her. This is a new 6-person Instance in Fate of Gundabad, now available from Tiers 1 through 3! In addition, a new quest accompanying the opening of Adkhât-zahhar, the Houses of Rest, is available to players who have completed the storylines of the Pit of Stonejaws and the Welkin-lofts!”
Players on the Anor progression server will also have something new to do over the holidays as Standing Stone Games unlocks the next phase of content for the limited-run server. The Grey Mountains, Vales of Anduin, and Shades in the Swamp zones are now open for exploration, the level cap raised to 120, Legendary Item level cap bumped up to 365.
The max level for Legendary Items on the regular servers have also been increased to 470. Level 140 players can now reforge their Legendary Items to reach the new cap by talking to a Forge Master.
Lastly, the annual Yuletide Festival is now in full swing, once again giving players the chance to earn seasonal rewards in exchange for Yuletide Festival Tokens from daily quests.
