Lord Of The Rings Online Delays Update 37 And River Hobbits By A Week
The River Hobbits have hit a bump in the road on their way to Lord of the Rings Online as Standing Stone Games pushes back the release of Update 37 by a week. The update was originally scheduled to roll out yesterday but will now be arriving on August 29th for more work and polish.
“We are working to get Update 37: The Humble Homes of The Holbytlan ready for release and we want to update you on our timing,” the studio announced. “We are currently expecting to release Update 37 on Tuesday, August 29th, and we’ll have more information as we get closer to that date.”
Meanwhile, the developers are also working on getting the Lord of the Rings MMORPG’s next expansion, a.k.a. Update 38, ready for its debut later this year. The expansion will be the last major update of the year and promises new story quests and adventures as Standing Stone opens the gates to the city of Umbar. More on that soon.
