Lord Of The Rings’ Billy Boyd Will Voice A Character In The Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle

ZeniMax Online Studios has cast actor Billy Boyd to voice one of the characters in Elder Scrolls Online’s new High Isle Chapter. Boyd is an actor and singer/songwriter best known for his role as Pippin Took in Peter Jackson’s The Lord of the Rings Online film adaptation.
The character in question is a new NPC, named Brahgas, who will introduce players to the new Tales of Tribute collectible card mini-game. According to Boyd, Brahgas is a talkative gambler that’s “just all-in on everything!” Tales of Tribute is just one of the key features coming to the fantasy MMORPG in High Isle, in addition to new zones, dungeons, and other new content.
“Brahgas, along with a brand-new cast of characters, will be arriving soon in the forthcoming High Isle Chapter. Are you excited to play a hand of Tales of Tribute with the friendliest, wittiest, and most certainly chattiest gambler east of the Sea of Pearls?”
The highly-awaited High Isle is set to arrive on PC/Mac on June 6th and on PlayStation and Xbox consoles on June 21st. Watch Billy Boyd as he voices Brahgas, the affable Wood Elf, in the video below. You can also head over to the Elder Scrolls Online official site for more info.
