Life Is Feudal: MMO Is Now Free-To-Play, New Players Get 3 Days Of Premium Free
When Bitbox’s medieval sandbox MMORPG Life is Feudal: MMO came out on Steam Early Access last year players had to pay a hefty price to leave the game’s newbie starting zone and start adventuring. But earlier this week, the game officially transitioned to a free-to-play model which will give everyone the chance to explore the massive medieval world of Godenland without any limitations and, more importantly, without having to reach for their wallets.
“[. . .] As we announced it in our recent AMA, the full Free to Play mode was released this week. What does it exactly mean? We’re excited to say that, starting today, every player can get the full access to the game for one character and explore giant, hardcore and realistic world of Abella absolutely for free! That's not all! Every newcomer will receive a special gift, 3 days of Premium account, that will help to boost Feudal experience and make the first steps in Feudal world a little bit easier and enjoyable!”
Along with the F2P transition, the game has also received a number of major updates which includes the introduction of the Traveler’s Idol which will allow players to quickly travel between starting villages and desired guild claim areas. The Traveler’s Idol has a 48-hour cooldown so use it wisely.
“Mysterious” changes have been made to areas outside Protectorate Zones. “It seems that some of the natives have left their villages and started scouring around, for a reason known only to these weird savages,” said Bitbox. “Whatever is on their minds, the Crown recommends you to properly arm yourself before leaving your castles and settlements.”
Players can also expect increased reward for looting enemy villages, changes to crafting and skill progression, and a significant reduction in the time it takes to level up skills after level 90.
