League of Legends Tribunal Still Being Worked On

One of the most troubling issues in League of Legends is player toxicity, and while it also exists in many other games it is often heavily attributed to games of the MOBA genre due to their overwhelming popularity.  LoL used to have a tribunal system to weed out toxic players, but the system has been shut down-- For quite a while now.  In a post on reddit, RiotLyte confirms the reasoning behind the tribunal's shut down as well as giving us information on what features we should expect to come with the new iteration such as:  foreign language support and positive behavior cases for commendation.  

A release date has not been confirmed for the new tribunal, but a TBD is better than nothing. : )
