League of Legends Releases PROJECT: OVERDRIVE
Free-To-Play MOBA, League of Legends, has released their latest suite of skins— PROJECT: OVERDRIVE. Along with PROJECT: YASUO they've added five new skins as part of the line: PROJECT: LEONA, PROJECT: YI, PROJECT: LUCIAN, PROJECT: FIORA and lastly PROJECT: ZED. The new theme skins center around a futuristic setting and include particles and visuals to match.
In addition a new system called PROJECT SYNC has been added to the game, which gives benefits based on the amount of PROJECT skins there are on a team. A PROJECT skin on the team will give +2 sync points and a player using the Optic Enhancer ward skin will receive +1 sync points. At 2 sync points, the team will receive PROJECT SYNC spawning effects, at 4 sync points players will receive a visual update to their minions and at 6 points players will receive updated super minions and cannon minions as well.
