League of Legends Patch 5.19

Online MOBA, League of Legends, has recently updated the game with Patch 5.19— which features the assets for a new champion, Kindred, as well as buffs for everyone's favorite NOT pirate— Miss Fortune. The update puts a little bit more emphasis on Bullet in Bullet Time, giving Miss Fortune's ultimate scaling bonus AD ratios on her iconic ult.

Camp Leashing has also seen a revamp with a new Patience system. This new stat for monsters causes them to not immediately leash based on distance and positioning, instead they now have a Patience meter that reduces under the following conditions:

  • A monster can't find targets to attack.
  • The monster's target is too far from it's lair.
  • The monster switches targets.

Once the Patience meter is depleted, the monster rapidly regenerates and moves to its original location, which also resets the Patience meter.
