League of Legends 5.13 Patch Notes Released

Riot Games released the full 5.13 patch notes for its latest update to League of Legends. 5.13 introduces the new Catfish chef champion Tahm Kench as well as makes major changes to many of the AP items. Tahm Kench will released later during patch 5.13, but tons of balance changes are coming in right away! Many AP items have had their stats changed, so make sure to check out the full patch notes here.

The most important change (at least in my opinion) is the latest buffs to Singed, my favorite character. My main man Singed now starts with higher base magic resist and gains 1.25 magic resist per level (up from 0). His fling into mega adhesive combo was also buffed (up to 2 second root).
