Kakao Games Publishing New Sci-fi MMORPG 'Ares: Rise of Guardians'

Kakao Games will be publishing a brand new sci-fi MMORPG called 'Ares: Rise of Guardians' which is being developed by the South Korean gaming studio Second Dive. Up until recently the game was only known as 'Project Ares', but the full title and Kakao's involvement has been confirmed by Kakao Games' CEO Jo Gye-Hyun.

Unfortunately beyond the game's dystopian sci-fi setting and its genre (MMORPG), there's little known about the Ares: Rise of Guardians. Given that there's no release date in South Korea, any kind of Western release (if there's ever going to be one) is likely far into the future, but given Kakao's global publishing ambitions, I wouldn't be surprised to see a Western release (provided it does decently in South Korea).
