Icy North Games Has Launched Their Second Past Fate Kickstarter Campaign

Earlier this week, we reported on Icy North Games’ plans to launch another Past Fate Kickstarter campaign after failing to reach their $15,000 funding goal last year. This time around, the developers are looking to raise $25,000 to fund the next phase in the sandbox MMORPG’s development.

“It's been a while since the initial Kickstarter. While it was not successful the first time around, the campaign taught us so many things and we have been greatly motivated to return with a better product than before,” says Icy North. “Past Fate has a lot more content to explore now, so this is a good point to launch a second campaign and address what we have been wanting to for a long time: giving the game a uniquely awesome feel.”

Icy North started Open Alpha testing earlier this year to raise awareness about the game. The second Open Alpha test is still live and will continue to run for the duration of their current Kickstarter drive to give the community a chance to take it for a test run before they pledge their support.
