Greed Monger: Another Kickstarter Bites The Dust

Crafting Focused Sandbox MMORPG, Greed Monger, has thrown in the towel on the 27th announcing that they will be stopping development.  According to the post on the official forums by James Proctor, the game will be shut down and backer promises not fulfilled.  The original Kickstarter was created by "Jason M. Appleton".  After the game ownership had been hot potatoed around, James Proctor had made the call to finally shut it down.

In the thread, James Proctor is undergoing intense scrutiny from players of the game who definitely feel betrayed.   Some users simply asking for the developers to give the game to another company, while others are downright calling for vengeance.
