Gloria Victis UI Overhaul Enters Testing, Out "In A Few Weeks"

Within a few weeks, Gloria Victis' "massive UI overhaul" will finally be here. "Intensive final tests" began this week on the overhauled guild and inventory menus. A new shop interface has been included alongside the other changes.

The overall goal of this overhaul was to make the UI more user-friendly and increase functionality at the same time. Players will be able to expand inventory space with extra bags. A mouse-mode toggle will be implemented. A buyback tab and an assortment of filters will be introduced to stores.

Looking forward, the team at Black Eye Games is reworking buffs so that they can move on to introducing the alchemy system and effects that the weather places on the player. After the buff system is reworked, the crafting system will be seeing improvements. In the new crafting system, the materials used will have an effect on the quality of the item made.
