Gloria Victis Shows Off New Longsword Combat Animations
Wondering how Gloria Victis' animation revamp is coming along? Black Eye Games recently revamped the game's longsword combat animations and released a teaser trailer on Friday that shows off the new iterations. With the new animations in place, combat looks far more fluid than it once did. The overall feel of combat seems to be being brought more in line with Of Kings and Men than old school Mount and Blade.
In terms of when you can expect to see the animations in-game, Black Eye Games responded to a comment on the video, with the following statement.
Most probably we won't be able to finish them before Christmas. We want to make sure that they will be released polished and in the highest possible quality, so please give us a few weeks more đ Meantime we will be releasing new character model really soon!
