The restructuring at Embracer Group continues as the video game holding company shuffles Gearbox Publishing into Arc Games after selling off Gearbox Entertainment to Take-Two Interactive in a $420 million stock deal late last month.

The deal saw Take-Two acquire full ownership of Gearbox Software, Gearbox Quebec, and Gearbox Montreal and its respective games which are now under the supervision of its 2K division, while Embracer retained ownership of Cryptic Studios, Gearbox Publishing San Francisco (formerly Perfect World Entertainment), Captured Dimensions, and Lost Boys Interactive.

Arc Games currently holds publishing rights to all of Cryptic Studios’ games, including Champions Online, Neverwinter, and Star Trek Online. Other titles published by Arc Games include Torchlight 1 and 3, the Remnant series, UFO: Unidentified Falling Objects, and more recently, Abstraction Games’ newly relaunched Gigantic: Rampage Edition.
