Fortnite Player Creates MMORPG Raid Boss Fight Using Creative Mode

Before it became the battle royale phenomenon that it is now, Fortnite first started out as a tower defense sandbox hybrid where players constructed fortresses and defended them against waves of zombies. Now, it’s unofficially been turned into an MMORPG of sorts thanks to the efforts of a player named DoomsDay.
Using Fortnite’s creative mode, DoomsDay created a six-player raid fight against a massive boss called A-283, The God of Exiles. Players will be able to choose from one of three “classes” based on typical RPG tropes and roles: Assault, Vanguard, and Support.
They’ll then be dropped into a small platform where they’ll go up against the raid boss who’ll be unleashing a variety of powerful area-of-effect telegraphed attacks. The game’s third-person over-the-shoulder camera view, however, makes it a bit more difficult to see and predict the attacks compared to the zoomed-out views of traditional MMORPGs.
Players also reported various bugs during the fight, but all in all it’s a very impressive build that has the potential to be turned into another game mode considering the attention that it’s garnering from the multiplayer shooter’s community.
