Final Fantasy XVI Demo Now Available Exclusively On The PlayStation 5
Excitement is building for the release of Final Fantasy XVI on next week and PlayStation 5 owners have even more reason to celebrate with the release of a new demo for the latest game in the popular RPG series. I know it’s not an MMO, but it’s definitely worth writing about, especially since you can now try the game out for yourself.
Announced during a pre-launch celebration in Los Angeles, the demo comes alongside other announcements, panels, and engaging activities that took place during the event. It’s now available for download via the PlayStation Store on PS5. The good news is that any progress made within the demo will be saved and carried over to the full game upon its official release. Think of it as a brief head start period.
In the demo, players will assume the role of Clive Rosfield, the central character heavily featured in marketing materials and trailers. This initial segment of the game provides an opportunity to gain insights into Clive’s motivations and witness the tragic event that sets him on his epic journey.

By completing the prologue, players will unlock a special battle demo, granting them access to Clive with a range of new abilities unlocked. This will allow players to test out various attacks and combos, and experience the fast-paced action combat that Final Fantasy XVI has to offer.
