Final Fantasy XI's November Update Gets A New Trailer

Square-Enix have unveiled a new trailer for Final Fantasy XI's November update that shows off what players can expect to hit live servers this month. "The grand tale of Vana'diel is complete at last," the trailer boasts. As an adventurer, you must choose what happens once "the last thread of fate is spun."

This update introduces a new area, Reisenjima, which appears to be an idyllic woods area—except for the giant dragons and mushroom monsters. The dragon will be part of a "Domain Invasion" event. A new questline that allows players to obtain "Aeonic weapons"—that can be seen in the trailer—will be introduced. Various other adjustments and additions will be made as well.
