Fate/Grand Order NA Publishes the Start of Third Singularity: Okeanos!
If the title of this article is confusing, believe me, I'm equally as confused. Fate/Grand Order's much-anticipated Third Singularity, Okeanos, is not yet out, but that won't stop Aniplex of America from publishing the launch announcement.
We recently look a look at the announcement of Okeanos, which gave us the official launch date (only two days away, woo-hoo!), but now we have more new information regarding Okeanos.

With the launch of Okeanos, we will receive 4 new characters, as well as a rate-up campaign on all of them.
- Francis Drake, 5★ Rider-class Servant
- Anne Bonny & Mary Read, 4★ Rider-class Servant
- Hektor, 3★ Lancer-class Servant
- David, 3★ Archer-class Servant
These four characters, as well as Euryale, a 3★ Archer-class Servant, will play a major part in the story of Okeanos. Additionally, we have new Craft Essences coming to the game as well - also a part of the rate-up campaign to celebrate Okeanos's launch.
- Victor of the Moon, 5★ - Increases Buster Card effectiveness by 10% & Critical Strength by 20%
- Another Ending, 5★ - Increases Arts Card effectiveness by 10% & Critical Strength by 20% for yourself
- Code Cast, 4★ - Increases Attack and Defense by 25% for 3 turns
- Anchors Aweigh, 3★ - Restores HP by 100 per turn
Okeanos is due to launch on September 28th, at 07:00 UTC, which translates into 3 AM Eastern time, and 12 AM Pacific time. Get ready for the next major installment in Fate/Grand Order NA's story!
