Farm Together 2, the sequel to Milkstone Studios’ cozy co-op farming game, has officially launched into Steam Early Access with a whole host of gameplay improvements over its predecessor. That includes expanded farming mechanics, terraforming, NPC towns and shops, a more in-depth housing system, mini-games, and ridable horses.

Like the original game, Farm Together 2 is buy-to-play with themed DLCs and is currently enjoying a “Very Positive” rating on Steam. Players, however, were quick to note that the sequel’s graphics quality appears to be barely a step above the original and that it lacked numerous features that were present in Farm Together, which is to be expected considering that it’s still in early access.

Milkstone promises an early access roadmap later this week and will be adding the much-requested weather effects in an upcoming patch.
