Embers Adrift Previews Closed Beta Contents In A New Tutorial Video

With the Embers Adrift closed beta test well underway and the NDA dropped, Community Manager Elloa is now taking the time to walk the community through what to expect for this phase of testing in a tutorial video of sorts.

Throughout the backer closed beta, testers will be able to experience the game’s core systems and content and give feedback on them. These include character creation, specializations, equipment, abilities, zones, enemy types, harvesting and crafting, grouping, and social systems. Elloa give a brief introduction of each of these features in the nine-minute video which you’ll find down below.

Those who want to participate in the playtest can still purchase the Beta Backer package for $50 from the official site. As with the previous testing phase, the servers will only be open at specific times during the week, specifically on Wednesdays starting at 6:00 pm PST and on weekends from Friday, 10:00 pm PST to Sunday, 9:59 pm PST.
