Standing Stone Games re-opened the Dungeons and Dragons Online test server this week to give players a chance to put parts of Update 59 and 60 through its paces. Interested testers can now login to the Lamannia server to test and provide feedback on the first three quests of the Droaam storyline, a new Underdark-themed mount, and major changes to how certain bonuses are calculated in the D&D-inspired MMORPG.

“Please keep an eye out for discrepancies in bonuses on your character sheet between the regular Live game worlds and this Lamannia build,” advised the devs. “Adding and removing Feats, Enhancements, and acquisition of Past Lives are the primary mechanisms that might cause these bonuses to exhibit erroneous behaviors. There are more than 485 bonuses affected and not all of them are on the character sheet and easily displayable.”

Testers who run into any issues or irregularities with their character abilities are asked to provide feedback on their experience here.

In addition to the new quests and bonus changes, players will also be able to take Update 60’s new Hireling Wererats for a spin on the test server. The new hirelings are expected to arrive as part of the Vecna Unleashed mini-expansion which will be coming out sometime this quarter. Details on how players will be able to acquire the new Hireling Wererats have yet to be revealed.
