Dungeons And Dragons Online Starts Testing Isle Of Dread Expansion Content

Standing Stone Games has officially started public testing for Dungeon’s and Dragons Online: Isle of Dread with less than a month to go until the expansion’s launch. Players will be able to jump into the preview server today for first dibs on new content arriving with the expansion, including four new dungeons:
- The Curse and the Captive Crustacean
- Plundering Pirates' Point
- Bullywugs and Booby Traps
- Fall of the Forgotten Temple
The latest preview server build also comes with new Isle of Dread features and quests, itemization changes, and a level cap increase from 30 to 32.
“To access the new Dread content, speak to Lord Poincelot in the Dread Overlook (reached through a portal in the middle of the Test Dojo) to be granted preview server specific DDO points and then ‘purchase’ the content pack in the ‘New to DDO’ category of the DDO Preview Store. You can then speak to The Questgiver nearby to be teleported directly into the four quests available in this preview. As the NPC will note for you, we recommend doing the first three before tackling the final dungeon.”
Isle of Dread is scheduled to launch on June 8th. More information can be found on the Dungeons and Dragons Online official forums.
