Duel Revolution Is A Pokemon-Inspired Indie Cross-Platform MMORPG In Open Beta

If you’re a Pokemon fan who’s looking for a similar game, then Duel Revolution might be right up your alley. The creature-collecting game is the brainchild of two-man indie developer Game Matter and is now in open beta on Android, iOS, PC, and Mac.
Duel Revolution features a colorful 16-bit pixel art world with a continuous storyline, quests, and PvE missions that players can take on alone or with their friends. Along the way, they’ll be able to catch and collect up to 50 unique creatures, called Evo, each with 12 levels of skill trees to upgrade. They’ll also be able to challenge other players in real-time PvP duels for bragging rights.
The developers have been working on the game since 2014 and is eyeing a full release sometime this year, with the promise of regular updates and new content to come.
Duel Revolution is free to play and currently available for download exclusively from the official site. It’s also available for wishlisting on Steam ahead of its official launch.
