Dota 2 Frankfurt Major 2015 Teams Announced

Valve's Big Money Competitive MOBA, Dota 2, has announced the teams that will be fighting it out for the $3 million prize pool at the Frankfurt 2015 Majors. The ESL tournament which is sponsored directly from the developer, Valve, will be held on the 11th of November of this year and will be view-able for free through the Dota 2 Client. The roster is made up of 8 invited teams and 8 qualified teams.

Of the invited teams we have Evil Geniuses, CDEC, LGD Gaming, Vici Gaming, Vega Squadron, Team Secret, Virtus Pro and EHOME which received direct invites from the tournament. The teams who fought their way through are: (monkey) Business, Alliance, Cloud9, Unknown.xiu, Newbee, Invictus Gaming, Mineski and Fnatic. Of special mention was Team Unknown, a Peruvian Team who entered Open Qualifiers and fought their way tooth and nail all the way to secure a spot.
