Diablo Immortal Reveals Global Launch Times, Now Available For Pre-Loading On PC

Blizzard Entertainment has announced the detailed global launch times for the open beta release of their first-ever Diablo mobile game, Diablo Immortal. The game will roll out simultaneously on Android, iOS, and PC on June 2nd at 10:00am PDT (7:00pm CEST) although some Asia Pacific regions won’t be getting it until June 22nd.
PC players can already prepare for their trip to the fiery depths of hell by pre-loading the game starting today. Those who’ll be playing on Android and iOS devices will be able to download the game from Google Play or the App Store at the times specified above. Note that a Battle.net account will be required to enjoy cross-progression between PC and mobile. Controller support will also be available on both platforms.
Diablo Immortal is set five years after the events of Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction and 15 years before Diablo 3 and is specifically-designed for mobile devices. Players will once again face off against Diablo’s relentless minions as they seek to resurrect him following the destruction of the Worldstone.
“The Archangel Tyrael is presumed dead, and mankind is left to deal with the aftermath of his actions. Fragments of the shattered Worldstone, still embued with great power, are tainting the land. Diablo’s minions hope to harness that power to allow the Lord of Terror to return.”
More information can be found in the pre-launch blog on the Diablo Immortal official site.
