With the Diablo 4 weekend beta tests looming on the horizon, Blizzard has once again updated the beta announcement page with more information about the upcoming play tests.

According to the dev team, the March 17th pre-order beta test and the March 24th open beta will offer testers a “small slice of Sanctuary” by allowing them to explore the entirety of Fractured Peaks. The beta version of the zone promises a smattering of main story quests and side quests, dungeons, world events, and legion events. Testers will also be able to go up against a world boss named Ashava who’ll only be available at specific times on March 18th and March 25th.

Blizzard also shared the minimum and recommended system requirements for the game as well as the pre-loading dates for both the pre-order and the open beta tests: March 15th and March 22nd, respectively. The studio also confirmed that a PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold subscription won’t be required to join the beta tests.

More information can be found in the updated beta announcement post on the Diablo 4 official site. Don’t forget that you can get free access to the pre-order beta by simply ordering a Double Down or a Chicken Sandwich via KFC.com or the KFC app.
