Diablo 4 Players Will Soon Be Able To Scrap Unwanted Uber Uniques For Parts To Craft New Ones

Since Uber Unique items came out in Diablo 4’s Season of Blood, players have been busy grinding bosses to get their hands on these extremely rare drops. Unless you’re extremely lucky, you’ll often have to kill a boss hundreds of times before you get the weapon or armor piece that you need. More often than not, you’ll be rewarded for your efforts with one that you either already have or don’t need.

The good news is that Blizzard has heard your pleas and will allow you to break down Uber Uniques items and salvage them for one Resplendent Spark each when the next update drops later this week. Once you’ve collected five Resplendent Sparks, you can then take them to an alchemist who’ll craft them into an uber unique item of your choice.

Needless to say, acquiring five Uber Uniques isn’t exactly a walk in the park. It’s still going the be a long grind, but at least you’ll be able to put unwanted ones to good use.

Blizzard is also planning to increase Uber Unique drop rates outside of the Echo of Duriel encounter but didn’t reveal by how much, although boss grinding will likely still be the best way to obtain Uber Uniques even after the boost. We’ll find out soon enough when the associated patch comes out on February 13.
