Diablo 4 Is Getting A Graphical Touch-Up And Ray Tracing In Patch 1.3.5 Later Today

Blizzard Entertainment is giving Diablo 4 a visual touch-up when it rolls out Patch 1.3.5 and its suite of graphical enhancements later today. The highlight of the patch is the addition of ray tracing on all supported platforms for a more “realistic and lifelike” shadows and reflections all across Sanctuary.
The update will also improve ambient occlusion and contact shadows to make the already grim and gritty game world a whole lot grimmer. Blizzard notes that you’ll need to turn up your graphics settings to the highest options to be able to appreciate the graphical improvements, assuming that your rig can handle it. On consoles, all you have to do is turn on “Enhanced Visuals” from the Graphics tab in the Options menu.
Various bug fixes and game improvements are also on deck alongside the visual improvements. The full patch notes are now available on the Diablo 4 official site if you want to dive into the details before the changes go live.
