Crowfall Pre-Alpha Testing Begins

Following the trend for earlier testing phases, Crowfall has kicked off their Pre-Alpha testing—exclusive to backers with the Pre-Alpha reward. The test will largely focus on combat in Crowfall's Hunger Dome (a pun that needs no introduction), where players will slaughter each other in a deathmatch. Three archetypes will be available for the test: Knight, Confessor, and Legionnaire.

Expanding the test to include Alpha 1 players will happen in groups (of 50 to 100, most likely). Access will be granted in (chronological) pledge order.  You will get an email with the details you need at least 24 hours in advance of your first test. Everyone with an Alpha 1 reward will get multiple opportunities to test! 

The testing schedule will likely be in flux with no definitive times in place, and largely dependent on how the initial testing goes. Beyond combat, login servers, patching, and other features will also be undergoing scrutiny.

There is no NDA in place for the initial testing, so expect an overabundance of test footage to make it's way online in the coming weeks. You can read the full Pre-Alpha testing news on the Crowfall website.
