Crowfall Details Gender Variations For Rangers And Champions

In the latest blog post from upcoming throne-war simulator Crowfall Art Director Melissa Preston gives a rundown on gender variations for Ranger and Champion armor sets. Keep in mind, there are no bonuses or penalties for either gender. Crowfall is fully egalitarian besides cosmetic differences.
The concept artwork on display is reminiscent of both Game of Thrones and Skyrim; Preston admits that the male Ranger was originally inspired by the Night's Watch—hopefully Crowfall's Ranger armor is more resistant to backstabbing.
Armor colors are not restricted. Players can choose any color they want for their armor to create a unique appearance: you'll know it's me when you see a Male Champion striding across the field in royal purple and gold. And character hair styles, faces, skin tone, and hair color are also completely custombizable.
Crowfall will be soft launching sometime in the future, and the next playtest is scheduled for tonight at 7PM EST, but you'll have to own a pledge package to participate.
