Bungie Will Remain A ‘Digital-First’ Workplace, Now Hiring For Unannounced Project

With the COVID-19 pandemic seemingly having run its course, companies all around the world have started making the unpopular decision to bring workers back into the office. Bungie, however, has decided to win the hearts and minds of their employees by opting to remain as a “digital-first” and fully remote studio.
“Over the past two years, we have redefined how we work at Bungie,” tweeted Bungie CEO Pete Parsons. “The transition to work-from-home wasn’t easy, but the results speak for themselves. Today, it’s clear that a digital-first workplace isn’t the future of work – it is already here, and We. Are. All. In.”
States that have been approved for remote work by Bungie include Washington, California, Oregon, Illinois, Florida, North Carolina, and Texas. If you’re from one of these states, the company is currently hiring developers for an unannounced project as revealed by Executive Producer Carrie Gouskos on her personal Twitter page.
