Blizzard Responds To Questions About Cross-Platform Play In Overwatch
A common question asked with any new multiplatform release is "will there be cross-platform play?" More often than not, the answer is simply "no," but the tweet below shows that Blizzard hasn't discounted the idea of cross-platform play in Overwatch entirely. Instead, the company will "keep an eye" on the possibility of cross-platform play between PlayStation 4 and Xbox One users.

Blizzard did, however, shoot down the idea of cross-platform play between PC and either console in the following tweet.
@bickiya We have no plans for that. Mixing mouse/keyboard and controller can have balance and competitive issues.
