Blade And Soul 2 Releases 1v1 PvP Gameplay Video Ahead Of Next Week’s Korean Launch

Since Blade and Soul 2 was announced in 2017 we’ve had several cinematic trailers from NCSoft but have only ever seen one actual gameplay video. The team remedied that with a quick look at some 1v1 PvP action ahead of the martial arts fantasy MMORPG’s South Korean launch next week.

If you’ll recall, the Blade and Soul sequel moves away from the traditional class system in favor of weapon-based skillsets. The new gameplay trailer also offers fans a preview of that, along with dodging mechanics, staggers, and counter attacks, as two players go head to head in the video, one armed with a sword and the other with an axe.

Blade and Soul 2 will be launching in South Korea on August 26 so we can probably expect to see more trailers in the days leading up to the game’s release. In the meantime, you can check out the new PvP trailer right down below.
