Black Desert Online's Kamasylvia NA/EU Release Uncertain, But At Least There Are New Voices

Those of you that have kept up with Black Desert Online likely know by now that Kamasylvia is a forest region that is the home of the Elves and also the next region that is set to be introduced to the NA/EU version of the game. It's been out in Korea for some time now, but, despite having received the Dark Knight already, we have yet to receive Kamasylvia here in the West.

Fortunately, Kakao Games Europe Community Manager CM_Aethon has provided us with an update of sorts.

I just had a quick meeting with the team regarding the release of Kamasylvia, it looks as though there may have been a miscommunication as to when the content would be released. This information was corrected a short while later and most sources updated accordingly, I'm not able to share any details regarding a release date at this time. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and as always keep an eye out for the most up to date information in our Patch Notes and News & Announcements section of the forums.

So the news is that there is no news and we have no idea when Kamasylvia will be released here in the West.

On the bright side, however, a total of 16 new voices were added to the game—6 male, 10 female—for players to choose when customizing their characters. As Kakao Games Europe is aware that many players may now want to change their character's voice, you can do so by purchasing an Appearance Change Coupon from the Loyalty store for a mere 1 Loyalty.
