Black Desert Coming to Nextgen Consoles, New Season+ Server, and

Pearl Abyss announced today as a part of their developer roadmap that Black Desert Online will be coming to Nextgen consoles sometime in the future. Though players are being asked to be patient with this.

Please note that this endeavor will take some time before we can roll out these versions. While we regret that you may have to wait some time for this, we will do everything in our power to make the most of the time given to us to produce the much-anticipated results. Once all of the developmental work is finished, they will be released to our current Console Adventurers free of charge.

Rest assured that we will not cease Xbox and PlayStation 4 optimization efforts as we develop the next-gen versions of Black Desert Console. As explained earlier regarding the Node War outfits, we will continue to do our best to study new methods in development and do our best to ensure better gameplay experience.

Black Desert's newest Season Plus (Season+) server is also live on PC and launching on consoles on October 13th and features faster leveling. These special Season+ servers allow players to quickly level their characters while completing special events which earn them Weapon Exchange Coupons. Besides the new Season+ today's patch mostly includes balance changes and tweaks to various items as well as some quality of life changes (full patchnotes). Gear enhancements have also been made much easier through the new Growth Pass.

To celebrate the launch of the new Season+ server, players can also get themselves a free copy of Black Desert Online by leveling a free trial character to level 50. The regular 7 day free trial event has also been extended to 14 days until October 6. To further incentivize new players to try the game, players who finish their Awakening quests and reach level 56 will enter a raffle that can award 1 of 200 Black Desert Legendary Bundles ($250 USD value)

There's a lot to look forward to with Black Desert later this year as well. The recently revealed Q4 Roadmap for Blackdesert Highlights the following new content:

• A new world boss named Vell that lurks beneath the Margorian sea,

• Re-imagined versions of existing world bosses. Other highlights include

• The latest O’dyllita expansion
