Back 4 Blood’s Children Of The Worm DLC Adds A New Story Act And Playable Character

Back 4 Blood has spewed out a new DLC today called Children of the Worm that comes with a new campaign act, new enemies, new weapons, and a new character in the form of a mustached prophet of the apocalypse named Dan.
“Children of the Worm features a brand-new Campaign story – Act 5 that puts you into an epic showdown with a fierce new enemy threat. To help combat this unknown adversary, this expansion will introduce ‘Prophet’ Dan, a gun-toting, self-proclaimed preacher of the end times, who joins our growing list of Cleaners in their effort to save humanity.”
In Act 5, players will go up against zombie-loving cultists in addition to the undead swarms that they’ve faced in previous campaign acts. The new campaign features six new chapters for players to complete along with new weapons that they can use against the Ridden and their deranged supporters. The scripture-spitting Prophet Dan will also be joining the fray to save his flock from the new pro-zombie threat.
Children of the Worm is now available on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S with a $15 price tag.
