ARK: Survival Evolved Genesis: Part 2 Expansion Launches June 2, Ultimate Survival Edition Now Available

After nearly six years, including two years in Early Access, the ARK: Survival Evolved narrative is now coming to a close. The game itself will continue to operate with a new storyline following the release of the Genesis: Part 2 expansion this Wednesday, June 2.

The paid DLC expansion, starring The Wheel of Time TV series’ Madeleine Madden and Doctor Who’s David Tennant, will set the stage for ARK 2 and will have players explore new biomes, story missions, and creatures aboard a massive colony ship called Genesis as it travels through deep space. Genesis: Part 2 will star Doctor Who’s David Tennant and The Wheel of Time TV series’ Madeleine Madden while the sequel itself will feature Vin Diesel as one of the main characters in the game.

For those who want to jump into the game for the first time, the new Ultimate Survival Edition is now available for $60 on Steam, EGS, The Microsoft Store, and the PlayStation Store. The Ultimate Survival Edition includes the fully-updated base game and all paid DLCs from Scorched Earth all the way up to Genesis Part 2.

A star-studded animated series based on the survival game is also currently in the works. Check out the extended length trailer below.
