ARK: Survival Evolved Announces Fishing System And Biome Border Changes

Anyone up for some Sabertooth Salmon fishing? Get your fishing gear in check as ARK: Survival Evolved introduces a new fishing system this July. Now you can get your daily dose of seafood without getting your limbs anywhere near those vicious Megapiranhas.
Studio Wildcard also announced changes in the Biome Unsafe Area Walls coming with the next update. Players within the coordinates (20,62 - playerposition: 107269 -252994 -12175) are advised to relocate their bases before 11:59 PM EST on Wednesday night, July 22nd.
With ARK v243, developers will also be implementing a new server system that will allow players to receive web notifications when important tribe events happen such as when tripwire alarms are set off and when babies are born. This feature will only be available for official servers “for reasons of websecurity and site performance.” The developers, however, have provided instructions for anyone who wants to use, or even sell, the feature for unofficial servers.
