Albion Online Teases New Entity Coming In This Year’s Rite Of Spring Event
Albion Online is celebrating the melting of winter’s snow, the blooming of flowers, and hunting for eggs with the return of Rites of Spring. The details of this year’s Easter event still remains a surprise but developer Sandbox Interactive has teased a mysterious new entity and a brand new special reward coming to the game as part of the event.
“Details are still unclear, with conflicting reports coming in as to the nature of this mysterious new entity. Some speak of a strange creature, never before seen in Albion, with unique powers - but these are as yet only rumors. The only certainty is that there’s going to be a frenzy across the lands as rival parties fight over the abundant treasures to be found throughout the open world.”
If this year’s Rite of Spring is anything like last year’s hunt for the Eggsecutioner axe, then prepare for a whole lot of silliness when the two-week event goes live on April 12th. Also, if you look closely at the header, it looks like a silhouette of Humpty Dumpty or some other egg-shaped character.
