Albion Online Talks About New War Gloves And Elite Levels Coming In Lands Awakened
We’re just a day away from the launch of Albion Online’s Lands Awakened update but it seems that Sandbox Interactive isn’t quite done with previews of the update’s contents. The team has published a new video and dev blog that offers a quick look at the new War Gloves weapon type and Elite Levels coming to the medieval fantasy MMORPG tomorrow.
War Gloves are a brand new weapon line for brawlers that makes use of the Warrior Weapons tree and allows for various attack combos. Lands Awakened will introduce two new base weapons and four new artifact weapons.
“War Gloves have a great deal of build versatility, giving players a variety of outplay possibilities and interesting decisions to make. They have one more Q slot ability than other weapons, allowing build flexibility for different situations.”
Elite Levels, on the other hand, give veteran players a new form of progression that they can use to further specialize in their chosen combat style. They can be unlocked using Fame and Credits and can be leveled up until Level 120.
“Lands Awakened brings significantly increased Fame rewards across the game, which players can use to progress with their weapon specializations. As a further Fame objective for veteran players, the Destiny Board has also been expanded with Elite Levels.”
Lands Awakened arrives on November 24th with a final dev talk planned post-launch where the team will show off the new UI improvements to loadouts, party invites, and farming. More information can be found on the Albion Online official site.
