Albion Online ‘Rise Of Avalon’ Update Gets A Release Window
The next big Albion Online update has just gotten an official release window. Game Director Robert Henkys first announced the Rise of Avalon update earlier this month along with a rundown of the new features coming to the game but was unable to provide a definite date for the update’s release.
According to Henkys, the update will feature 15 new Avalonian Weapons that will have a significant effect on the overall gameplay. The update will also introduce Avalon Roads which will allow for faster travel between a number of linked zones and will let players build Hideouts in new locations. The new PvE/PvP Corrupted Dungeons instance will also be making its debut with the update. The new dungeon is, at its core, a single-player encounter but can be invaded by another player while you’re running the instance.
The Rise of Avalon is scheduled to roll out some time in August. In the meantime, you can check out the update’s teaser trailer below. You can also head over to the Albion Online official site for more details.
