Albion Online Patches In New Controller Features, Removes Political Guild Logos

Albion Online gets some much-needed quality-of-life improvements in their latest Lands Awakened patch.
Patch 7 comes with new controller support features and enhancements including the addition of controller options in the settings menu, a radial context menu, alternate control and spell control schemes, and more. Note that controller support is still in beta testing and will continue to be updated.
The patch also makes communication during battles more efficient by adding hotkeys for both attack and defend pings. The hotkeys can be set by the player but the defaults are Ctrl+P for Attack and Shift+P for Defend.
The team has also removed custom-designed guild logos with “political symbols”, namely the Hammer and Sickle which is now just Hammer and the Red Army logo which is now a Bear. Guilds affected by the change can contact customer support to have their guild logo changed. The guilds who designed the custom logos may also submit a new design to use as a replacement.
Other changes include a countdown timer for duels, combat balance tweaks, and nerfs to the Axe Maiden and The Keeper Pack Leader mob bosses. Details can be found on the full patch notes on the Albion Online official site.
Lands Awakened Patch 7 is now live! This introduces Attack- and Defend-Ping Hotkeys, Controller Support Improvements, and a very welcome change to the Axe Maiden...
