Albion Online Lays Out Plans For A Full Weapon Revamp And New Roads Of Avalon Solo Content

Three months into 2022 and Sandbox Interactive finally finds the time to release their Albion Online development roadmap for the year, or what’s left of it anyway. The past year was a huge one for the PvP sandbox MMORPG with multiple system reworks and new content, in addition to the game’s official launch on mobile.

While that’s going to be a tough act to follow, Sandbox Interactive aims to release a good mix of content, updates to existing systems, and improve accessibility for new players in the months ahead. Continuing with last year’s system reworks, the team has already started on a complete overhaul of all existing weapon lines starting with Magic Staffs. The overhaul includes enhanced visuals, audio, and effects, and the addition of new spells and reworks to outdated ones.

Players can also look forward to improvements to Castles and Castle Outposts, the addition of PvP kill trophies, city expansion into Outlands Settlements, and new Roads of Avalon content, called Mists, for solo players.
