A New Operative Comes to Ghost in the Shell Online

The latest update to the early access game, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex – First Assault Online, or simply Ghost in the Shell Online, brings with it a handful of new goodies including new guns, a new map, and a new playable character. Maven, the newest Section 9 operative, is resourceful and deadly at the same time. She can deploy a destructible therm-optic barrier that conceals what’s on the other side to help her and her teammates hide from the opposing force.

The new map, called the Port, promises faster-paced matches due to its smaller size. Larger maps, as requested by the community, are currently being worked on and are at the top of the dev’s priorities. New weapons are also part of the update, as well as a Ghost Screen that shows detailed information about player profiles, in-game patterns, and battle performance. The update also comes with new operative and weapon skins for players to enjoy.
