Did you at one time play MMOs that were published by gPotato? Perhaps you faced the Fear of Death in Allods or raised a Pran in Aika. Regardless of what you played, if you once had an account with them, you may be interested in hearing that 2.1 million of their user accounts were compromised during a data breach in 2007. According to hack monitoring site Have I been pwned?, which originally discovered the breach, "the exposed data included usernames, email and IP addresses, MD5 hashes and personal attributes such as gender, birth date, physical address and security questions and answers stored in plain text." The site also warns that your account may very well still exist, as the European and North American branches of gPotato merged into WEBZEN.com in 2014.

If you once had a gPotato account, you can check if you've been "pwned" here.
