Big Gumble talks Shattered Skies this week, a buy to play persistent world open PvP shooter developed and published by Free Reign Entertainment - the same studio behind Romero's Aftermath. It has received mixed reviews on Steam since launching on July 21, 2016. Despite this, the game is fairly ambitious. It's hardcore the same way games like Rust are, as players drop everything on death. Unlike Rust though, Shattered Skies doesn't focus so much on survival, but rather PvP with other players.
