Rising Thunder is a unique arcade style fighting game designed for the PC market in mind. Most fighting games are designed for consoles and arcades, which makes Rising Thunder a unique experience. It's the only free to play arcade style fighting game available in the West, aside from perhaps Rise of Incarnates. The game is backed by numerous industry veterans, including the guy who set up the EVO fighting tournament. The video above was taken during Alpha and unfortunately I got my ass kicked. I probably shouldn't have described my experience with fighting games as "skilled". That likely led to the game matching me against way better opponents.
