Perfect World International is a 3D fantasy themed MMORPG developed and published by the Chinese MMO powerhouse Perfect World Entertainment through their portal Arc Games. The game has an incredibly in-depth character creation system that gives players countless options for customizing their toons. In the video above, I logged into a character I made earlier and looked around some of the beginner areas. Aside from Perfect World, the only other MMO that has a character creation system that lets you go this crazy is perhaps Black Desert Online.
