Hero's Song is a buy to play rogue like fantasy action RPG with 2D pixel graphics developed and published by Pixelmage Studios - the company founded by John Smedley, the ex president of Sony Online Entertainment (Daybreak Games Company) and original developer of EverQuest. The game launched on Steam early access in early November, 2016 and is a mix of Terraria and Tibia. It's a unique server based experience with different rulesets per server (kind of like Shards Online). While still early in development, Hero's Song shows a lot of promise!
