Conan Exiles is a brutal survival game developed and published by Funcom. I say brutal because the game features incredible violence, full loot PvP, and a harsh environment filled with dangers. The game is buy to play and launched on Steam early access on January 30, 2017. The core gameplay mechanics in Conan Exiles are similar to that of games like Rust and Ark: Survival Evolved. A lot of time is spent grinding resources and building a base. Where the game differntiates itself though is its RPG elements and persistent progression. Players level up in an RPG fashion and gain stat points as well as knowledge points. Not every item is craftable from the get-go, so players need to spend a considerable amount of time leveling up before they can even begin crafting the more interesting items in the game. This video was recorded during Early Access with nudity turned off (for youtube). I've already played the game for 15 or so hours in the last 3 days, so I'm clearly enjoying it.
